Premium Payments for Individual and Medicare Supplement Health Plans

Thank you for choosing WPS Health Insurance for your individual or Medicare supplement health coverage! Now that you’ve signed up for your health plan, please let us know how you prefer to pay your monthly premium. Our recommendation is to elect a recurring payment method to ensure on-time premium payments.

Automated Clearing House (ACH)

Use your personal checking or savings account to have your monthly health insurance premium electronically deducted on the recurring date of your choice.

Recurring date options include:

  • The first of each month when premium is due
  • The 20th of the month prior to your due date

Complete our Payment Option Form and return via email to billing@wpsic.com or fax to 608-223-3639.

Please note: If the recurring date you selected falls on a weekend or holiday, the premium will be electronically deducted on the next business day. If you wish to remove or update your payment method, please do so a minimum of seven (7) business days prior to the premium due date.

Call In Your Payment

Our seasoned staff is available to assist you with your payment at 800-332-6421 during our regular business hours, Monday–Friday, 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Mail In Your Payment

Monthly invoices are generated on the fifth of each month prior to the premium due date, which is the first of each month (for example, an invoice is generated on April 5 for the payment due on May 1). Submit your check or money order by mail to:

WPS Health Plan, Inc
P.O. Box 9
Madison, WI 53701-0009

Recurring Debit or Credit Card Payment

Use your personal debit or credit card to automatically deduct your premium payment on the recurring date of your choice.

Recurring date options include:

  • The first of each month when premium is due
  • The 20th of the month prior to your due date

Please note: If the recurring date you selected falls on a Sunday or holiday, the premium will be electronically deducted on the next business day. If you wish to remove or update your Payment Method, please do so at a minimum of seven (7) business days prior to the premium due date.
